Initial placement on the Infinity Training Team will be determined on an individual basis by the Infinity Coaching Staff.

Gymnasts who are on the Training Team will be introduced to the basic exercises, skills, and conditioning needed in order to advance to team. The main focus in practice is strength and flexibility training to achieve proper technique, and development of gymnastics skills.

The main goal for gymnasts on the IGA Training Team is for them to eventually become part of the competitive gymnastics team. The Training Team practices two-three times a week for 1 hour and 45 minute long sessions.
